Navaro Advisory is a multidisciplinary practice. Four disciplines, led as one mandate. Each mandate opens with an audit and runs through to the handover to the operator. We sit on the principal’s side of the table throughout.

Capital architecture

Corporate structure, raise narrative, counterparty diligence, and deal preparation. We work alongside founders and family offices shaping how a business is held and how its transactions are structured. Much of this work is conducted in private. The output is a decision, a structure, or a negotiated position.

Technical architecture

AI-native operating systems, data integration, and technology stack design for assets where technology is business-critical. We architect the codebase, set review standards, supervise execution, and stand accountable for the output. The work moves at pace under senior technical judgement.

Monetisation design

Commercial design that establishes revenue visibility before launch and compounds through operation. Pricing architecture, contract structure, partnership terms, and inventory mechanics. Decisions made in this lane determine how an asset is underwritten by debt and equity.

Operational execution

Vendor selection, commercial-term negotiation, procurement, program management, and transition to the operator. From intake through to handover, a named principal is accountable for delivery. Monthly reporting tracks delivery against the agreed risk and execution plan.
