Gopal Patel, Managing Partner

Gopal Patel is Managing Partner of Navaro Advisory. He advises founders, family offices, and fund managers on the decisions that define a capital project or operating asset, how it is structured, what it is built on, how it is monetised, and how it is run.

His background spans engineering leadership, venture investment, and operating strategy. At Auriens, the luxury build-to-rent platform in London, he served as Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the systems, procurement, and execution decisions behind the resident operating model. He built Auriens Ventures, the direct-investment vehicle for the Auriens principals, and backed Cera at an early stage. At Esya, a studio and fund hybrid, he has backed and advised proptech and infrastructure businesses in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Capital-intensive assets are decided in four lanes at once. Capital structure shapes what the operating platform can afford. Technical architecture shapes what the commercial model can support. The commercial model shapes what the capital stack looks like at launch. Operational execution determines whether the structure holds under first use. Gopal has worked each of these, and Navaro is built to hold all four lines of sight in a single mandate.
