What we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit the introduction form on our contact page. The fields collected are your name, email address, the name of the person who introduced you, and a short message.

Lawful basis and retention

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: responding to a request for introduction is the purpose of the form. We retain messages only for the time required to reply, then delete them. We do not use your data for marketing. We do not sell it.

Third parties

We share data only with the services required to operate this site: Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (hosting, email routing, and bot protection). Both process data on our behalf under written agreements.

Your rights

Visitors from the United Kingdom and the European Union have rights under UK GDPR and GDPR regardless of where Navaro is registered. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Write to [email protected].

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies. We do not run analytics. We do not track visitors. The contact form briefly loads Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from automated traffic; Turnstile does not persist any identifying information.
